✓ All certificates and warranty cards
✓ No scratches or signs of wear
✗ Personalized/customized timepieces

Return Process:

  1. Initiate via Concierge Returns Portal
  2. Receive insured shipping kit (FedEx Priority Overnight)
  3. Watch undergoes 10-point inspection

Refund Protocol

  • Processing: 7 business days post-inspection
  • Methods:
    → Original payment (5-10 business days)
    → Store credit (+5% bonus for future purchase)
  • Non-Refundable:
    → Express shipping ($150 USD)
    → Import duties (international)

Warranty Service Returns

For servicing under warranty:

  1. Complete Service Request
  2. Ship via provided armored transport
  3. Includes:
